Sending out 220,000 invoices a week would pose a challenge for any company, but due to archaic legacy security systems, Vector’s customers had no way to pay their bills online. They had a complicated process of spooling invoice data to a printer, formatting the data into templates and sending the file to a mailing company that created invoices and mailed them.

Due to the fact that online bill payment requires the use of credit cards, Savvior had to first ensure that Vector was PCI compliant. Vector Security now uploads their invoice data, via secure protocols, to Savvior for customers using online bill payment (currently 6,000 since January, 2014) and Savvior makes the invoice available to those customers online to pay their bills.

Online bill pay is saving Vector Security almost $3,000 per month in postage alone and will grow exponentially as more customers elect on- line bill pay. Savvior has also streamlined the process and ensured PCI compliance while managing their entire server infrastructure, thus saving more money monthly and creating a more streamlined environment.
